Boosie Badazz's recent concert was disrupted by a shooting that injured three people.
The Louisiana native was in the middle of a performance at a crowded bar in Akron, Ohio early Monday morning, March 10, when shots were fired. According to Cleveland 19, the shooting occurred around 2 a.m. following a scuffle at the Field House Lounge. Police said a fight broke out during the concert, which caused the gunman to open fire. Two victims, an 18-year-old male and a 36-year-old man, were rushed to a nearby hospital and listed in critical condition. A third victim went to the emergency room after a bullet grazed him.
Footage from the event shows the moment when shots broke out inside the venue. Boosie was onstage with a mic when the first bullet was fired. The rapper and his team fled the stage before another shot was heard. As of this report, the identities of the victims have not been released. Police are still on the hunt for the gunman.
The event was billed as an after-party for The Millennium Tour 2025. Boosie joined the lineup along with Omarion, Trey Songz, Bow Wow, Plies, Ying Yang Twins, Nivea, Rick Ross Ray J, Sammie, Bobby V, & Pleasure P (a.k.a. RSVP). The tour kicked off last weekend and is scheduled to run through major cities around the country until the final show in Los Angeles on April 27.
