LIVE: World's Largest Cruise Ship Arrives At PortMiami

The world's largest cruise ship is expected to dock in South Florida today. Royal Caribbean's Icon of the Seas passed its final inspections in Puerto Rico before it startted to make its way to PortMiami.

The 250,800-gross-ton, 1,198-foot-long, 20-deck vessel is the first in a new class for the cruise.

Icon of the Seas will welcome her first official guests aboard on Saturday, January 27, 2024 on its inaugural sail, a 7-night Eastern Caribbean cruise, during which the ship will visit St. Kitts, St. Thomas, and CocoCay. Icon of the Seas will be homeported year-round from Miami, offering alternating Eastern and Western Caribbean itineraries at least through April 2026.
